Refund and Returns Policy

1. Right to Return and Exchange

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your Felore 925 sterling silver jewelry, we offer the possibility of a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you received your package.

Conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all accompanying documentation.
  • Returns or exchanges are not possible for earrings (for hygiene reasons) or for custom-made (personalized or engraved) jewelry.
  • The right to return does not apply to items damaged due to improper handling or wear.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact us by email at support@felore.online with your order number, the reason for your return/exchange, and a photo of the product (if it is damaged or incorrect).
  • Wait for confirmation – once we review your request, we will send you detailed instructions and the return address.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where you received the wrong or damaged product.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether it meets the requirements for a refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for your order, within 7 business days of confirmation.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Complaints and Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, with photos and a description of the issue.
  • Damaged or incorrectly delivered products will be exchanged at no additional cost, or you may choose a refund.

5. Gifts

If you purchased an item as a gift and wish to request a return or exchange, please contact us with the order number and the recipient’s name. The exchange or refund will be arranged as agreed.


6. Return Address

Do not send products to the manufacturer or third parties. The return address will be provided after your request has been approved via email.


7. Additional Information

  • Earrings and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and individualization reasons.
  • Products with visible signs of wear or damage caused by use are not eligible for return.
  • Felore.online reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met.
